At our company we are doing business in a way that is committed to environmental sustainability.  Within every part of our production process, we strive to ensure that an ethical considerate approach is at the forefront of our actions for the customer, the producer, and the environment.

Examples of some key measures taken by us to ensure the above are as below

  • “Planting trees”, initiative was conducted by our company in Kathmandu, Nepal in 2019 and in 2021 to neutralize our carbon emissions.
  • We ensure that our production units operate in a pollution free environment.
  • Eco friendly Swiss dyes are used that are free from harmful Chemicals.
  • The water used in our production is treated post production before it is released from our production facilities.
  • Premium biodegradable packaging made of corn starch is used to in the final packaging of our clothing.

Our Community

We hold ourselves accountable for our employee welfare, safety and fair trade values within the daily operation of our business.  It is our goal to create luxurious clothing that doesn’t compromise on quality, price, or the integrity of our employees who make it. We invest in the creation of jobs, infrastructural systems, and education to alleviate poverty and create shared sustainable growth for the communities we are a part of.

Examples of some key measures followed by us for our employees are as below

  • Our employees are remunerated and appraised higher than the minimum wages prescribed by the local governing body.
  • Training workshops for our employees are conducted on a regular basis to further their skillset and exposure.
  • Our employees are motivated to participate at seminars for cultural and ongoing global affairs.
  • Company sponsored education until elementary school is offered for all of our employee’s children.
  • We believe that a healthy working environment leads to a happy workforce and hence we make sure to provide excellent working conditions with ample natural light and ventilation at all of our production facilities.
  • Safety and good health is paramount for our employees – Our production facilities are planned as per ISO production standards and all safety norms are abided by.
